Nature of Services
True You Training Institute provides coaching, consulting, and educational services intended to support personal clarity, growth, and development.
Our services are not therapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for licensed mental health, medical, or psychological services. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.
Eligibility
Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using this website or purchasing services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Services may be offered to clients located outside the United States. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.
Services and Packages
Services may include individual coaching sessions, coaching packages, group programs, organizational consulting, or other offerings as described on the website.
Coaching packages are offered in multi-session formats and must be used within the specified time period:

4-session packages expire six (6) months from purchase

8-session packages expire twelve (12) months from purchase
Unused sessions expire after the applicable period and are forfeited.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions through the designated scheduling system.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in accordance with the stated cancellation policy at the time of booking. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be counted as used sessions.
True You reserves the right to reschedule sessions when necessary.
Payments and Refunds
Payment is required in advance for all services and is processed through the website’s payment system.
Services are generally non-refundable. Refunds or exceptions, if any, are granted at the sole discretion of True You Training Institute.
All refund decisions are final.
Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, training resources, recordings, and written materials are the intellectual property of True You Training Institute unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or reproduced without prior written permission.
Confidentiality
True You respects the confidentiality of client communications. Information shared during individual coaching sessions is treated as confidential, subject to legal obligations or requirements.
Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group or organizational settings.
Limitation of Liability
True You Training Institute makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results. Services are provided “as is.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True You shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
